ADA Compliance Standards
Drivers and Companion Providers must be prepared to assist with:
- Safe boarding and exiting procedures for passengers with mobility aids.
- Storing and securing wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices.
- Welcoming and accommodating service animals without exception.
- Maintaining clear and respectful communication at all times.
