To establish and enforce a drug-free, alcohol free, work environment, and to ensure the safety of passengers, the public, and drivers, and to comply with the applicable laws and federal regulation requirements for transportation and companion services.
Policy Overview
The Ride Companion Platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs and alcohol by drivers while providing services. Safety is our primary concern, and strict adherence to CPUC regulations is mandatory for all active companion providers.
